TABAKFRE for Menstrual- PMS


Formulated for associated symptoms such as irregularity, cramping, bloating, headache, cravings, emotional upsets and mood swings. Directions: Ages 12 and up, take 6 drops by mouth (ages 0 to 11, give 3 drops) as needed or as directed by a health professional. Under age 2, dissolve in purified water. Sensitive persons begin with 1 drop and gradually increase to full dose.

According to the Materia Medica the following remedies in Menstrual~PMS may be administered for the following conditions:

  • Angelica sinensis, radix: PMS; Pain and congestion in the left ovary.
  • Arsenicum album: Menstruation disorders; Catamenia (menstruation) disorders too early and too copious attended by much suffering.
  • Bryonia: Menstrual irregularities with gastric symptoms; Inter-menstrual pain with great pelvic soreness; Irritable mind.
  • Caulophyllum thalictroides: Headaches from uterine troubles; Fretful, irritable, apprehensive; Infertility.
  • Cimicifuga racemosa: Menstruation disorders; Cramps; Uterus disorders.
  • Cinchona officinalis: Menstruation; Menses too early, dark, profuse, clotted with abdominal distention.
  • Dioscorea villosa: Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation), spasmodic uterine colic, pains suddenly fly to distant parts; Feels cross, nervous and easily troubled.
  • Echinacea: Dullness in head with cross, irritable feeling; Patient feels weak and tired and aching in muscles.
  • Folliculinum: Female remedy affecting the female hormone system; Pre-menstrual pain; Weight gain without excessive eating, worse before menses or during ovulation.
  • Gelsemium sempervirens: Menstruation disorders; Mental dullness, dizzy, drowsy and droopy; Severe female pain.
  • Lachesis mutus: Uterine and ovarian pains all relieved by the flow.
  • Lilium tigrinum: Profound depression of spirits; Menses, early, dark, clotted offensive; Bloated feeling in uterine region.
  • Lycopodium clavatum: Menstruation disorders; Cramps; Awakes, irritable, angry.
  • Millefolium: Menses early, profuse.
  • Nux vomica: Menses too early, lasts too long, always irregular, black blood with faint spells; Craves spicy food, stimulants, beer, fat food, tobacco and chalk.
  • Pulsatilla: Abnormal menstruation; Inflammation of ovaries.
  • Sabina: Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation); Shooting pain up the vagina.
  • Secale cornutum: Menses irregular, continuous oozing of water blood; Restlessness, extreme debility and prostration (exhaustion).
  • Sepia: Menstruation disorders; Menses too late and scanty, irregular, early and profuse.
  • Thlapsi bursa-pastoris: Hemorrhages from uterine fibroid with aching in back or general bruised feeling; Uterine fibroids with cramps and expulsion of clots.
  • Valeriana officinalis: Menses late and scanty; Hysteria; Changeable disposition and moods.
  • Viburnum opulus: Congested feeling in pelvic organs, as before menses; Very nervous and irritable; Pain in ovarian region; Uterus cramps, bearing down.
  • Zingiber officinale: Menstruation too early and profuse, blood dark.
